Abstract:
Good quality research about the effects of health care interventions can help clinicians in their clinical practice to make decisions. However, a problem is the overwhelming quantity of published medical literature. They can also have conflicting results with previous studies. The aim of this article is to describe the internet evidence-based medicine databases providing a reliable information and evidence-based answers to questions from paediatricians.Keywords: Evidence-based medicine.
