Abstract
Pineal cysts have been identified with increasing frequency since the advent of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Most are small, incidental findings and are asymptomatic; however, in some cases they may cause tremor. We report the case of a 12-year-old male patient who presented with a essential tremor, in whom an MRI revealed a pineal cyst.
